Lead a colony of miners down through eight layers of a living underworld. Dig, light the dark, feed your crew and fight what crawls out of the tunnels you left unlit, all the way down to the Heart of the Deep. A pixel-art colony survival game where the only way is down.

• Mark tiles and your colonists dig, build and fight on their own
• Build ladders so they can climb back up, torches to hold back the dark, mushroom beds to feed them and beds to rest
• Every tunnel you leave unlit is somewhere for something to crawl out of

Soft topsoil gives way to stone caverns, glowing fungal forests, deepstone hives, crystal hollows, the halls of a lost people, a molten core and, at the bottom, the Abyss. Each layer is stranger than the last.

Abandoned mines, fungal grottos, bug hives, great geodes, ancient halls and obsidian forges hide chests and guardians. Destroy the egg sacs and cursed altars before they overrun you.

Crawlers, bats, sporelings, hive drones, crystal golems, wraiths that pass through rock, fire imps and abyssal horrors grow tougher the deeper you go, and some are not afraid of light. At the very bottom, something heavy uncoils around the Heart.

• Three difficulties. On Normal and Hard, food only comes from what you farm, and creatures stalk colonists while they sleep
• Ten pickaxe levels, forged from iron, gold and glowcrystal
• Flowing lava that burns whatever it reaches
• Dynamic light, autosave, a codex and a guided tutorial
